As a parent, I worried a lot; sometimes for very real reasons. I found that my anxiety was getting in my way and didn’t change a thing. I am educated to understand your worries. My training and personal development enable me to guide you through blockages that obstruct you, so you can be the best parent you can be!

 

I am a Jai Institute certified parenting coach. My training at the Jai Institute is rooted in evidence-based brain science, mindfulness practices, adult and child development, emotional intelligence learning, non-violent communication and the power of linking actions to your core values.

 

I am the proud mother of two beloved adult children who are my best life-long teachers!!

 

I am a highly experienced educator with a Masters degree from Bank Street College of Education in early childhood education and leadership. I served as the Head of the Preschool at Brooklyn Friends School, a Quaker school in Brooklyn, New York for over 25 years.

 

Prior to embarking on a teaching and educational leadership career, I was a professional dancer and dance teacher.
